Ways to Place an Order

How to Place an Order

There are several ways that you can place your order with us.

Internet Order

  1. Go to the "Login" screen and create an account. 

  2. Once you create an account you can shop on the website and order products by clicking on the order button. 

  3. Once you have made your selections go to the checkout screen. Your order total will be provided as well as giving you an opportunity to estimate the shipping costs. (Note that shipping costs can vary considerably depending on location and the number of items you select. Every effort will be made to combine packaging and reduce shipping costs. We ship by United Parcel Service.)

  4. When you complete your order you will see a "Purchase Order" screen. Print a copy of this screen for your records and as your receipt.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order.

  6. You will also receive an email from UPS with the tracking number for your shipment when the item is shipped.

Fax Order

  1. Select the items that you are interested in from our website and write down the Item Number, Name, and Price.

  2. Send your order to us via fax to: 248-641-7031

  3. Make sure you provide your complete shipping address, a contact person's name, and their telephone number.

  4. Include your credit card information to include, card number, expiration date, the name on the card and the street address and zip code where this credit card is billed.

  5. We will prepay the shipping and add it to the total amount processed on your credit card. 

  6. A copy of the invoice and credit card receipt will be included in your shipment or mailed to you directly.

  7. Please provide an email address, fax number, or telephone number if you want us to acknowledge your order or provide shipment-tracking information.

Email Order

  1. Select the items that you are interested in from our website and write down the Item Number, Name, and Price.

  2. Send your order to us via email to sales@qualitytng.com.

  3. Make sure you provide your complete shipping address, a contact person's name, and their telephone number.

  4. Include your credit card information to include, card number, expiration date, the name on the card and the street address and zip code where this credit card is billed.

  5. We will prepay the shipping and add it to the total amount processed on your credit card. 

  6. A copy of the invoice and credit card receipt will be included in your shipment or mailed to you directly.

  7. We will acknowledge your order and provide shipment-tracking information to you via email. 

Phone Order

  • You may call us during normal business hours (9:00-5:00 EST) at 248-641-7030 and place your order over the phone. We take all standard credit cards for payment.

Purchase Orders

  • If you are a major corporation we will accept your purchase order. Your purchasing agent may place an order over the phone by providing us the order information to include the Purchase Order Number and follow up with a fax or email of the Purchase Order. OR

  • You may just fax or email the Purchase Order to us directly at 248-641-7031 or sales@qualitytng.com

Availability

  • We carry all items in stock and normally ship within 24 hours. If you have an urgent need and you need overnight shipping, please contact us by phone so that we can expedite your shipment. One and two day air service is available for domestic shipments on request.

International Orders

  • International shipments will be via UPS airfreight. If you have an existing account with UPS, Federal Express or DHL and you want us to ship freight collect will be do if you provide us with your account number with your order. Nominal international packaging costs will still apply. Airfreight shipping time to anywhere in the world is usually within two to seven days as quoted by the air carriers. However, neither the air carrier nor us has any control over your countries customs agents. Make sure we have a contact person's name, email address, and phone number as the carrier will contact you relative to any taxes or import duties that must be paid prior to delivery. Your quick response to their phone calls, faxes or emails will expedite your shipment.

International Shipment Taxes and Duties. 

  • Our prices are for the items and freight only; any additional taxes or customs duties are your responsibility and will have to be paid to the freight carrier prior to delivery. Contact your local customs agents if you have questions concerning the taxes and duties in your country. All our products have the same Harmonized International Tariff Code of 9023.000, Educational Materials. You may need to provide this number in order to determine any duties that apply in your country. Note, UPS is very experienced with our products and can expedite your shipment through local customs at no extra charge.
