Service ground service in North America, or UPS air service
for overseas shipments, unless otherwise specified. Credit
terms are net 10 days. We gladly accept telephone or fax
orders when accompanied by a purchase order from a major
school or businesses. We also accept VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover credit cards, and Pay pal payments.

Information for Charge Card Customers: Credit card
companies are implementing new security measures to ensure
that purchasers have a valid credit card in their possession
and that it is not a stolen credit card number. As a result we
need your credit card number, expiration date, billing street
address and zip code, and the three digit V-Code located on
the back of your credit card (AMEX is four digits on front).
Please make sure you have this information available when you
contact us.
Considerations
for International Purchasers: Please be aware that in
addition to the prices and shipping charges that we quote you,
that you may also have to pay local taxes or import duties on
the goods before you can take delivery. The actual amounts
vary with each country. If you would like to check out the
possible charges contact your local customs agent and tell
them you are importing "Educational Materials" and
that the International Harmonized Tariff Code for the item is
9023.00. When you give them the tariff code and purchase
amount they can determine what customs duties or taxes you
will have to pay. In many countries educational materials are
exempt from duty, however you may still have to pay local
sales taxes.
Wire
Transfer Payments: For international purchasers the
preferred payment method is by bank wire transfer. When you
place your order we will provide you with our banking
information so you can complete the payment. For advance
payment orders please note that it is very helpful if you also
send us an email or fax when you send the payment so we can
watch for the wire transfer. This will help expedite your
order since bank wires do not always contain all of the
necessary information and it takes extra time to match
payments with orders.
 Order
Information: When providing us shipping information it is
important that we have the complete shipping address, a
contact person's name, and a local telephone number. Note: we
are prohibited from ship internationally unless we can provide
the shipping carrier with all of this information.
Returns:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion
of the management.
